SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and SEM stands for Search Engine Marketing. These are both tools used for marketing websites. Increasing viewers is the main goal for any website or Internet business. Knowing which words will generate more viewers is helpful for websites. With millions of google searches, it can be difficult to really stand out.
For example, I googled the world “Travel” and it came up with 3,380,000,000 results. Keywords are very useful for websites and blogs but most need to have paid advertising if they will have a chance at becoming a top result on Google. My blog is obviously about travel, so the words I have relate to that. The screenshot is taken from Google Ad Words and shows the popularity of each keyword.
The five words/phrases I came up with were:
Student Traveler (1K-10K)
Cheap Travel (10K-100K)
Travel on a Budget (10K-100K)
World Travel (1K-10K)
